It's all very well sitting or standing there in the sun, rain, snow, wind, sub-zero temperatures (delete as applicable) thinking about all those sat in comfortable, dry and probably air conditioned comfort. Well, things aren't quite like that as any organiser will tell you. There is always 101 things to do or that have been done, so here's a quick peek behind the scenes so to speak.
