The MSA has established formal training schemes for anyone wishing to become a Licensed Technical Official (including Environmental Scrutineer).
* Would-be trainees should, un the first instance, contact the Technical Department at the MSA. * Licensed Technical Officials wishing to become Eligibility Scrutineers should contact the Technical Department at the MSA. * The Technical Department will, from information obtained from would-be trainee, identify the most suitable person (s) to provide one-to-one training and instruction (technically and geographically) and to make the necessary arrangements for the trainee to be assigned to the chosen instructor (s) for the succeeding twelve months' training period.
