Whilst this isn't a comprehensive guide, it should provide people with an overview in plain language as to what is involved. Both competitors, Rally Officials and Stage Timing Marshals need to also read any documentation relevant to their specific event, in particular the style/format of Time Cards and Check Sheets being issued to competitors and Marshals.
